How to Make a Nori Roll

How to Make a Nori Roll

This Recipe is :

Dairy Free Vegan


2 rolls


  • 2 nori sheets
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 10 thinly sliced red bell pepper sticks
  • 8 roma tomatoes (dehydrated or sun dried)
  • handful of alfalfa
  • cayenne pepper
  • mock tuna
  • pepita seeds (sprinkle in roll)
  • sesame seeds (sprinkle in roll)


  1. Place nori sheet on chopping board
  2. Slice avocado and capsicum
  3. Spread avocado onto nori sheet
  4. Spread mock tuna onto avocado
  5. Place tomatoes on mock tuna
  6. Place red capsicum and alfalfa onto tomatoes
  7. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, pepita seeds and sesame seeds in roll
  8. Roll nori sheet into a cylinder
  9. Wet knife and cut in 1/2 or into small pieces of 4.

Yup that was the exact ? that came to mind. I miss making Nori Rolls. So So Sad Sniff. Are there any other brands of Nori made in other countries that anyone is aware of?
