It’s important to have friends who share your interests and goals in life. In the case of Ruggles the Shih-Tzu puppy and Chompers the rescue kitty, those goals include getting belly rubs, playing with toys, and being as intensely cute as a possible. In the case of the latter, these two are a total power couple.
Rescued from a puppy mill, Ruggles eventually went on to find a loving forever home while Chompers, who was found under a porch at two days old was adopted as well. Puppy mills function solely to provide animals for purchase, which makes it imperative to Support local shelters and adopt instead of shop when it comes to finding a new member of the family.
These two are just two examples of the extreme preciousness that can happen in your life when you rescue a pet in need. Seriously, they’re so sweet it’s giving us a toothache!
