Very few people like to share their food. What can we say, it’s a territorial thing. Animals are the same way. When lionesses make a kill for the pride, the male gets to eat first. And no one dares to touch that food until he lets them know it’s okay … or else. He’ll often let cubs eat with him, particularly if they’re really young, and the hardworking lionesses get to eat last. How about animals in the canine family? Do they share? Well, Linda the Great Dane is hoping her human family does!
It takes a lot of control not to go for something you want that’s being dangled in front of you, even if you know that there are boundaries when it comes to sharing snacks. Linda really wants a piece of her human friend’s sandwich and she’s giving him a piece of her mind, letting him know! Her pals Dinky and Peanut also get in on the chorus for food and eventually the man gives in. Share and share alike in the household kingdom!
