Ingredients

  • 400ml (gluten-free) plant-based milk
  • 50g of nutmeg
  • 100 grams of peanuts
  • 25g sweetner, or  2-3 dates
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100g ice cubes
  • 50g (gluten-free)  oatmeal, 100g oatmeal contain about 15 grams of protein

  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for about 30-45 seconds.
