These sticky tofu fingers are the ultimate game-day treat. The tofu crispy tofu is marinated well before being tossed in a tangy, sweet sauce and served with a decadent, chunky blue 'cheese' sauce to dip in.

How to Prepare Tofu Sticky Fingers With Blue Cheese Sauce [Vegan]
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut pressed tofu into strips about an inch wide and 1/2-inch thick. Place into a sealable plastic bag and toss in the 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Place the almond milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and stir. Let sit for a minute to thicken. Place the Panko in another bowl.
- Dip each piece of tofu into the almond milk and then coat with the Panko.
- Place them onto a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Repeat with each piece of tofu.
- Line them up next to each other on the pan. Spray each piece of tofu with more nonstick spray.
- Bake them at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until they're brown and crispy.
- While the tofu is baking, make the sauce. Add all the sauce ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Heat them on medium-high, whisking them until the sugar has dissolved.
- Turn the stove on low and cook the for a minute or so until it thickens a bit. Turn off the heat and let it sit until the tofu is done.
- Make the blue cheese by whisking all the ingredients together except the tofu.
- Make sure the water is all pressed out of the tofu, then crumble really well so it looks like cheese crumbles, and stir it into the dip. Set this aside.
- When the tofu is ready, toss it in the sauce and serve it immediately with blue cheese dip.
