Stracciatella [Vegan]



  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 2/5 oats
  • 1 cup almonds raw
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups cashews, raw
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 90+10 gr. chocolate, shaved


  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 1 hour. Blend the almonds and oats to create a flour. Drain the dates and pulse them in a blender to create a paste. Add the oat mixture and mix the rest of the crust ingredients and mix thoroughly. Empty the dough into a pan to form the crust. Place in fridge.
  2. For the filling, whisk the cashews in warm water for 1 hour. Place them in the blender until they become a cream. Add all other ingredients (except chocolate) until they are blended. Then add the chocolate.
  3. Assemble the cake and enjoy.
