- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, coconut, sweetener, and spices, then mix well.
- Place the nut butter and the agave syrup in a pan or microwave-safe dish and heat until combined. Stir in the vanilla bean seeds. Pour the mixture and the applesauce in one bowl and mix well.
- Using your hands, form into bite-sized balls.
- Roll balls in coconut sugar and turmeric and place on a plate in the refrigerator to firm up.
