  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina
  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon super greens powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 thumb-size knob ginger
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve topped with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, goji berries or any other fruit you desire.
