This cake has the vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate goodness expected of a Neapolitan dessert, but since it's raw, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free, it's healthier! The crust is a mix of dates, almonds, and shredded coconut which is then topped with three cashew-based layers, and finally some fresh strawberries and raw chocolate. Wholesome decadence at its finest.
