- Heat your oil in a frying pan on medium. In the meantime, slice mushrooms thinly.
- Once the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in rosemary, thyme, and liquid aminos. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste then set aside.
- In the meantime, toast your bread and add a generous layer of hummus on top.
- Top hummus with mushrooms and garnish with microgreens or hot sauce. Serve immediately.
