  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, halved and then scooped out
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1 red thai chili, finely diced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro
  • salt/pepper to taste

  1. Just put everything in a bowl and mix! If you want, mash the avocados. Eat with chips. Repeat.
