Instant Raw Vegan Feta Cheese [Vegan, Paleo, Raw]
- 1 1/3 cup almonds , whole
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil , cold-pressed extra-virgin
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water + 4 teaspoons
- Put everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours to firm up if required.
If soaking almonds overnight, use 1 cup of water instead of 2 cups.
