    Ingredients You Need for Eggnog Overnight Protein Oats [Vegan]

    • 2/3 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
    • 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder
    • 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1 1/3 cups dairy-free “almond nog” or eggnog of choice
    • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (optional)
    • 2 teaspoons maca powder (optional)
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    • Pinch or two of nutmeg (optional, depending on eggnog used)
    • Sugar-free monk fruit sweetener, adjusted to taste (optional)
    • Optional toppings: berries, granola, nut butter, diced dark chocolate, pomegranate arils, dried cranberries, pistachios, bee pollen, or toppings of choice

    How to Prepare Eggnog Overnight Protein Oats [Vegan]

    1. Put oats, protein powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, almond nog or eggnog, cacao powder (if using), maca, sea salt, and nutmeg in a bowl or single-serving mason jars and stir well to combine.
    2. Sweeten to taste.
    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours.

    Notes

    Eggnog Overnight Protein Oats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. Before serving, stir and add additional almond nog or eggnog as needed for desired consistency. Enjoy warm or cold with your choice of toppings.
