Crispy Black Bean Tacos [Vegan]
- 1 cup dry black beans
- 2 1/2 serving salsa
- Chipotle, chili powder, cumin
- Hot sauce
- 8 taco shells
- Soak beans overnight.
- Drain cooked beans and mix with salsa, spices and hot sauce.
- Add beans to taco shells.
