    Ingredients You Need for Creamy Cauliflower Sauce [Vegan]

    • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 cups (200g) cauliflower
    • 2.36 oz unsweetened soy milk or whatever you prefer (about 70 ml)
    • 1 tablespoon grated vegan cheese (optional) )
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • Salt, to taste
    • Pepper, to taste

    How to Prepare Creamy Cauliflower Sauce [Vegan]

    1. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and bring to boil with salt until soft.
    2. Lightly saute garlic in olive oil.
    3. After the cauliflower is cooked, remove it with a spoon and place it in a food processor with garlic and olive oil. Chop everything until pureed. Add the grated vegan cheese if you want to use it, and the lemon juice.
    4. Slowly add the milk until you have the consistency you want.
    5. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper. If you think the sauce is dry add a few more drops of olive oil or a little more milk.
    6. Put on the pasta and serve hot.
