How to Prepare Creamy Cauliflower Sauce [Vegan]
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces and bring to boil with salt until soft.
- Lightly saute garlic in olive oil.
- After the cauliflower is cooked, remove it with a spoon and place it in a food processor with garlic and olive oil. Chop everything until pureed. Add the grated vegan cheese if you want to use it, and the lemon juice.
- Slowly add the milk until you have the consistency you want.
- Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper. If you think the sauce is dry add a few more drops of olive oil or a little more milk.
- Put on the pasta and serve hot.
