Life isn’t always easy. We’ve all been faced with challenges and setbacks that seem completely overwhelming and frustrating, but somehow, someway we have to look for the positive and find a way to overcome. After all, “When life gives you lemons, you gotta make lemonade!”
Just take Lemonade the rescued lamb at Edgar’s Mission Farm Sanctuary for example. This sweet little lamb was born with crippled front legs but never let this perceived disability slow him down. He mustered all the energy in his little body to drink his mother’s colostrum, setting the understanding that he is an absolute fighter!
Seeing this little guy’s determination to live and thrive, his owner took pity on Lemonade and brought him to Edgar’s Mission where he would be able to receive the specialized care and attention he would need. He is now thriving in the care of his rescuers and making friends left and right – proving without a doubt that there is no obstacle that can’t be overcome with determination and a little kindness.
