Dogs and cats get abandoned all the time by people who are unable or unwilling to care for them. The story of Bo the dog is one example of what happens when an animal is simply dumped in an empty lot by an irresponsible guardian.
According to this poor dog’s rescuers, Bo was abandoned near a car wash in Ebitoke, Canada. Left without any food or water, he had been surviving on scraps and trash for over six months. He found just enough food to get by thanks to generous people who lived in the neighborhood. To make matters worse, Bo also went blind, making him more vulnerable to the elements.
Thankfully, Bo’s days on the streets ended when Dog Rescuers Inc. came and rescued him before the frigid Canadian winters set in. Now this happy pup is on his way to a new loving forever home and will never have to struggle to find food again!
