Petition: Demand Justice for Individuals Who Mercilessly Kicked Penguin in Melbourne

In the heart of Melbourne, a defenseless little penguin was subjected to a cruel act of violence. On a December evening in St Kilda, an innocent penguin was found being kicked mercilessly by three individuals on the tram tracks, an act of brutality interrupted only by a compassionate onlooker who rescued the penguin and brought it to safety.
