One Green Planet contributor Heather Nauta just announced a new online class designed to make healthy vegan cooking accessible to anyone.

The classes will help you: master skills and gain confidence in the kitchen; save time and money by preparing more foods at home; and ultimately improve your health by cooking and eating more nutritious foods.

These online classes are a convenient and affordable way to enhance your cooking skills. Heather noted: “If you’ve ever wanted to improve your cooking skills, but didn’t want to pay the big bucks that are usually charged for a cooking class (and didn’t want to drive somewhere to attend), I have something for you.”

There are 24 classes of 45-60 minutes each, for a total of about 21 hours of classes. Each class addresses a different topic, such as soups, veggie burgers, vegan pizza, raw foods, and even healthy desserts! After signing up, you can download the recipes and videos and watch them at your convenience.  You can also ask Heather questions about any of the recipes, ingredients, or techniques.
