A new video released by Wildlife SOS will have you on the edge of your seat! After a 13-week-old leopard cub was found near a farming village in Parner, Maharashtra, he was evaluated by a veterinarian with Wildlife SOS before being reunited with his mother.
The footage starts off with rescuers placing the baby in a crate and adding another on top to offer some protection. The great majority of the video continues with the mother trying desperately to figure out how to safely release her son from the crate, and she even seemingly gives up for a brief moment before deciding to just go for it. Her courage to go ahead and pull the crate over pays off as you can see the baby emerge from the enclosure. Did you cheer at the end like we did?!
Wildlife SOS Conservation and Care Center is a non-profit organization in Northern India that is dedicated to protecting and saving wildlife. If you would like to contribute to Wildlife SOS, you can Donate via their website. And please share this wonderful reunion with your friends and family!
