We all know huskies are snow dogs. They were bred to pull sleds in the cold snowy regions of Siberia and Alaska. But huskies are also wonderful family dogs, so, these days a lot of huskies find themselves living considerably further south. That means much warmer weather than these cold loving dogs were built for.
So, what’s a southern born husky pup to do? Where can she find the space to cool off? Well, Luna here has found one answer to that question! This little husky pup found an empty nook in the fridge and is making full use of it. Good luck to her human mom getting her out of there. Luna makes refrigerators look downright cozy, huh?
Luna’s grand idea is pretty darn adorable, but we should all try to remember to account for the climate where we live when we adopt a dog. Huskies do make great pets, but they will be more comfortable in a cooler climate. And there are many other breeds suited to warm weather that make great companions too!
