The more we hear stories about special needs animals, the more we realize that they’re every bit as lovable and capable as any other animal. While they may do some things a little differently, special needs animals like Fofi the rescued dog in this video feel emotions just as powerfully as anyone else.
Fofi was living on the streets of Athens, Greece before she rescued by Save A Greek Stray organization. At first, her rescuers thought that she walked different because she was hit by a car, but upon closer inspection they found out that her unusual gait was due to a neurological disorder that she was likely born with.
This disorder causes Fofi to walk sideways and fall a little when she walks too fast, but she feels no pain. Based on her wagging tail and happy smile, it seems she is totally stoked to be in the care of these incredible humans.
