We’ve all been there. You’re home alone and bored, so you make your way to the kitchen. The freezer has nothing good, so you check the fridge. You grab something to eat, take it to the living room … but it wasn’t what you really wanted. So, a few minutes later you’re back, staring into your fridge once again.
It’s helpful to have opposable thumbs in this scenario! You can easily open the fridge and all interior drawers at will. Lacking these useful digits didn’t deter Allie, the Lab, though. Allie’s mom and dad were confused how their beloved dog was getting into the fridge when they were gone. Like any investigative pet parent, they set up a camera to catch all the action. And they weren’t even mad at the footage they got, just really impressed!
After first checking the trash for anything good, Allie switched her focus to the fridge, otherwise known as the giant treat holder. She decided to open up the fridge, struggling until she found herself unable to open the drawers inside the fridge. But don’t worry, with a little persistence Allie got the drawers open and had herself an awesomely large snack! Allie’s parents probably invested in a few child locks after witnessing their dog’s successful attempt at cracking the fridge.
