The vegan diet is all over mainstream news these days, and people are making forays into the vegan lifestyle with great results.
Recently, as covered by ABC’s Good Morning America Live, comedian Mark Malkoff, along with the help of his personal trainer Robert Brace, took on veganism in a 28-day challenge with the added question: “Can you get ripped on a vegan diet?”
