Carly the dog was discovered by Bill Foundation, huddled in a corner of an animal shelter. When Carly was brought to the shelter, it was clear she was in urgent need of care, and a kind individual contacted Bill Foundation. Bill Foundation specializes in rescuing abandoned dogs who are left in shelters, and were more than happy to take Carly into their care.
Poor little Carly had seen a lifetime of neglect, which showed quite visibly in her matted fur and severely infected facial skin. Despite the obvious pain her condition was causing her, Carly was full of life and ready to love.
Her rescuers from Bill Foundation set to work, giving Carly a hair cut and treatment for her skin infection. Thanks to their care, in the span of only four months Carly was completely transformed. As if by magic, the ravaged, matted pup turned into a fuzzy white ball of joy. Her complete recovery led to a quick adoption and she now lives in a beautiful forever home with kind, loving family.
