A Behind the Scenes Look at New York's Best Food Truck: The Cinnamon Snail

If you live in or have ever visited New York City in the recent past, and haven’t had a chance to enjoy the delicious awesomeness that is The Cinnamon Snail Vegan Food Truck, you’re seriously missing out on life.

As Adam Sobel, chef of Cinnamon Snail says in the video below, “People who hate rainbows, butterflies and unicorns don’t come to our food truck.” Seriously, you don’t want to be THAT person!

We’re obviously huge fans and this funny video provides some good insight into the cast of characters that create the yummiest vegan food you will ever have the pleasure to nosh on. Forget Cronuts — the line in front of The Cinnamon Snail is the only one in NYC worth standing in! Trust us, we live in this town!

Last year,  The Cinnamon Snail won the People’s Choice award at the NYC Vendy Awards, which celebrates the best of New York’s mobile food community. Not surprisingly, they’re in the running as finalists for the Vendy Cup once again this year and are up against some stiff competition from popular food trucks like Luke’s Lobster and King Souvlaki.

The 2013 Vendy Awards will be held Saturday, September 7th, 2013 and we wish Adam and crew all the best!

But hey, we just crowned them the Best Food Truck of this great city, so VEN-do-we-even-care really?
