Amazon is facing serious allegations that its AI systems are being used to illegally discriminate against disabled employees, violating the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled workers claim the company’s “return-to-office” policies are shutting them out, with AI programs allegedly denying accommodation requests—even when backed by medical evidence. Many report being silenced, having union discussions deleted, or even being fired.

Internal polling shows 93% of disabled Amazon staff say current policies have harmed them, 92% say there’s no accessible process for accommodations, and 72% have had requests denied or poorly served. Over 200 disabled employees have signed a letter demanding change. This isn’t just an ADA issue—it also breaches the National Labor Relations Act.

Demand an investigation now to hold Amazon accountable. Sign the petition today and stand up for workers’ rights.
