This month, Voice, an NFT platform, is launching the first environmentally friendly NFT program for users and buyers. This NFT program would allow users to mint their NFTs for free while buyers can buy these works with a standard credit card.

Voice is partnering with curators like Kimberly Drew, Misan Harriman, Myriam Ben Salah, and Azu Nwagbogu, who are part of an inaugural residency. Harriman, a photographer, and cultural commentator said, “I’ve always been interested and loved the idea of digital art. And the value of digital art is akin to the value of physical art. And I love the idea that the non-fungible token is allowing digital artists to be able to have a voice and have value in their voice.”

This new program allows the making and selling of NFTs to be much more accessible to struggling artists who want to turn their work into NFTs but don’t have the budget for it. That way, it is easier than ever to get work out there as an independent artist. Furthermore, Voice is also dedicated to making its new platform more eco-friendly and carbon neutral. As well as making it much more accessible to struggling artists who want to turn their work into NFTs but don’t have the budget for it.
