Hi there! I'm Maggie from Salty Bean. Unlike my character, the recipes on my blog are quick, easy and savory. Quick and easy because I like to be able to eat my food on the same day (#millennial). Savory because I am somewhat obsessed with umami, the fifth taste. Oh and, thanks to a few food sensitivities, I have earned a master's degree in thinking outside the box. Nice to meet you ;)
