Alexandra Hostetter

Alexandra was raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and grew up camping, hiking, and enjoying the waterways of the Chesapeake Bay. As an adult, Alexandra turned this love for the outdoors into a professional career, and has spent the last decade fundraising for and implementing environmental conservation and restoration programs in both the US and internationally. Alexandra loves to travel and better understand how people across the globe are working to save the natural world around them. By writing about these experiences, Alexandra hopes people will become inspired to become stewards in their own communities.
