Opie, a pit bull and American bully mix, has fully embraced his role as a feline after being raised by cats. Rescued in 2018 by Diana Alvarez in Massachusetts, Opie quickly adapted to life with her three cats, showing an unexpected harmony rather than the anticipated conflict.

Alvarez noticed Opie mimicking the cats’ behaviors, leading her to humorously declare that he is “definitely more cat than dog.” His antics, shared on Instagram (@ourcozyventures), showcase his cat-like traits, such as rubbing against legs, curling up in cat beds, and napping throughout the day.

Living in a busy household that includes four dogs and four cats, Alvarez often documents the joyful chaos that her pets create. Opie’s unique story has captivated many, with a recent video highlighting his cat-inspired habits garnering over 5 million views online.
