Being born with such a debilitating condition usually means death for an animal as their mothers will reject them at birth. However, Scooter was lucky enough to find himself at an animal shelter full of talented people who cared enough to help him.
Without their help, Scooter would’ve had a terrible quality of life and would’ve probably died before his second birthday. Shelters like these help animals in need get the chance they deserve.
