Some rescue cases that come to Animal Aid Unlimited are so severe they seem almost impossible, but time and time again this amazing organization brings even the most far gone animals back from the brink. The poor dog in this video had given up all hope and almost seemed to be waiting for the end as flies literally ate him alive. The Animal Aid team, however, wasn’t about to let that happen.

When they first found this sweetheart, he didn’t have the strength to put up a fight, try to run, or even be scared for that matter. He was immediately taken to the hospital where, step by step, the compassionate caretakers turned his life around. Moses was given IV fluids, pain medication, treatment to kill the maggot infestation, surgery to remove the dead tissue, and of course, comfort and love. It took time but after two long months, Moses looks like a completely different dog!

Another life saved by the awesome rescuers and caretakers at Animal Aid. To help them continue transforming innocent animal lives like Moses, click here to make a donation.

Thank God for these wonderful people. It restores my faith in human nature, which often falters in these troubled times.

i wish you would show the after picture and leave us with a more happy ending and picture in our minds.. I keep seeing that sweet dog and wonder what s/he looks like after s/he\'s healed. When my dog bosses me, I tell him to be nice to me as he\'s very lucky. I do appreciate the wonderful people who do this work as it really is heartbreaking. Wish we could do an eye for an eye to the person who did this to this wonderful dog. I keep writing my congressmen to get them to enact a law that dog neglect or abuse is an automatic feeling subject to five years in jail and a very hefty $ fine - and never, never even look at another dog again.

Thank God, Allah, or whomever you want to believe, that there are people such as Animal Aid Unlimited to help these poor animals.
