How to Prepare Seaweed Salad [Vegan]
- Soak dried seaweed in water( cold or luke warm) for about 15 minutes or until they are softened.
- Drain the water and squeeze the excess water out of the seaweed.
- Cut the seaweed into bite-sized pieces by using a pair of scissors.
- Add all seasonings and ingredients into the seaweed and toss well. Chill in the fridge( taste best overnight)and serve cold.
