    Ingredients You Need for Seaweed Salad [Vegan]

    For the Seaweed:

    • 1 oz Dried Seaweed( Kelp) (25g)
    • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
    • 2 Sprig Scallion( spring onion) Thinly Sliced
    • 1 ea Red Chili( optional) Thinly Sliced
    • 1 tablespoon Roasted White Sesame Seeds

    For the Salad Dressing:

    • 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Organic Sugar or 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
    • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil( optional)
    • 1 pinch Salt to taste

    How to Prepare Seaweed Salad [Vegan]

    1. Soak dried seaweed in water( cold or luke warm) for about 15 minutes or until they are softened.
    2. Drain the water and squeeze the excess water out of the seaweed.
    3. Cut the seaweed into bite-sized pieces by using a pair of scissors.
    4. Add all seasonings and ingredients into the seaweed and toss well. Chill in the fridge( taste best overnight)and serve cold.
