- First, make the crust. In your food processor, chop the dates until they are finely chopped. Next, add the remaining ingredients until they are the consistency of dirt. Press the mixture into your pie pan.
- Next, purée all the ingredients of the filling in your food processor. Once it is nice and smooth, pour the mixture onto the crust.
- Feel free to sprinkle a little extra shredded coconut and cocoa powder on the top of pie.
- Let it set in the freezer for about an hour before cutting. You can leave it in there longer, but let it thaw for 15-20 minutes so it is easier to cut into.
