    Ingredients You Need for Crunchy Protein Bliss Balls [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

    • Raw meat out of one young coconut
    • 1 cup pitted dates
    • 1/2 cups raw hemp seeds
    • 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
    • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 2 tablespoons vegan protein powder

    How to Prepare Crunchy Protein Bliss Balls [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

    1. Put coconut meat and dates in a food processor and pulse until you achieve a creamy texture.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and process until all combined, but dough is still chunky and sticky.
    3. Scoop about a tablespoon of dough and using your hands form a truffle. Repeat with remaining dough.
    4. Roll balls in toppings of your choice.
