Cinnamon Okra [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh okra
- 2 tablespoons coconut nectar
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Wash the okra. Cut off the ends, chop each piece into 4-5 small round pieces, and then set aside.
- Heat the coconut oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the okra and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Turn the heat down to low and add the coconut nectar and cinnamon. Cook for another 3-5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
