This dressing is rich, bold, savory, slightly spicy, and delicious! Use it on salads or with any greens that you like!
Carrot Ginger Dressing [Vegan]
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Agave Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 6 tablespoons Water
- 1 tablespoon white Balsamico Vinegar
Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl.
Use a blender and blend everything until you have a smooth sauce.
Use a sieve and sieve the sauce. Use a spoon to lightly push the sauce through the sieve. Discard the rest. Done!
Store the dressing in an airtight container.
You can leave it in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
