Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 6 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon white Balsamico Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Use a blender and blend everything until you have a smooth sauce.
