World-famous Scots strongmen brothers Tom and Luke Stoltman have decided to join Veganuary and abandon their normally meat-heavy diets.

For the month of Veganuary, Tom and Luke Stoltman will also be taking vegan supplements sponsored by My Protein’s. Luke said, “So we are going to do a full month of vegan supplements and see what happens. We are going to experiment with it to see what happens.”

Tom Stoltman eats 10 eggs for breakfast along with a variety of meat-heavy meals in order to bulk up on the calories, making this month quite different for him.

This is a huge deal for the month of Veganuary as the Stoltman brothers are widely in the public eye, especially among many meat-eaters. This challenge could very well inspire bodybuilders and athletes around the world to give plant-based eating a chance.

The world’s-famous brothers are just two of the many people to join in the Veganuary challenge this year. It has seen record-breaking participants as so many more people are interested in trying a vegan diet.
