Have you ever tried nature’s pizza? This viral TikTok food trend makes a light and refreshing breakfast or snack that’s fun and healthy! This recipe is similar to another viral TikTok trend, nature’s cereal, which consists of a delicious mixture of fresh berries, coconut water, and ice. Both are perfect for summer and parties of any kind.
People love fruit pizza because it has endless variations and has a super quick prep time. All you need is 15 minutes, and your favorite fruits and toppings. In this video, sliced watermelon rounds were used as the base for the pizza crust. Vegan yogurt was then spread on top of the watermelon to act as the pizza sauce. Hemp seeds were added on the edges to look like a crust, and coconut shreds were sprinkled on top in place of the vegan cheese. This fruit pizza was topped off with strawberries, but you can add any toppings you’d like. Make sure to swap out the honey for vegan honey or another plant-based sweetener! Granola, dairy-free chocolate chips, nut-butter, and nuts would also pair nicely with this recipe.
