A nice big salad does the body good. Not to mention, it’s filling but can still keep you feeling light and ready to tackle your next task at hand. But, there’s more to vegetables than just salad.
A trend that has been circulating for awhile, and gaining more popularity by the minute, is the idea of going “raw until dinner.” This is a great way to include more whole fresh foods into the diet. Plus, it’s super simple to pull off and can serve as the transitioning phase for those of you who wish to become completely raw vegans. You may even discover a few advantages along your journey. To go raw until dinner, there’s really only two, maybe three steps. Step one: fruit-infused breakfast. Smoothies are a great start to a raw morning.
