Toni Braxton

Toni Braxton spoke to Prevention Magazine about managing her lupus symptoms using a plant-based diet. The singer was diagnosed in 2008. Like other celebrities managing autoimmune diseases, Braxton has found help in her plant-based diet.

Lupus is an autoimmune disease that attacks healthy cell tissues, including the heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, blood cells and joints. She told Prevention, “I’m becoming plant-based.
