Here’s another clear sign that the vegan lifestyle and vegan businesses are going mainstream. The Wall Street Journal has published an article on vegan baking that discusses how some vegan bakeries don’t flaunt their vegan identify for fear of scaring off customers.

Yes, we unfortunately live in a sad world where people get scared off by the idea of eating something without animal ingredients, when it should probably be the other way around.
