Rescue Groups Come Together to Save Animals Trapped in California Wildfires (VIDEO)

In what is described as the deadliest and most destructive series of wildfires in California’s history, more and more animals are losing their habitats and homes. One can only imagine the confusion and terror these animals must feel, not knowing where to go or who to turn to. Thankfully, several animal welfare organizations including In Defense of Animals (IDA), Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue, and Lost Hearts and Souls Horse Rescue, are doing what they can to help evacuate and care for the displaced animals.

IDA will be using donated funds to provide food, shelter, and other resources needed to care for the evacuated animals. As the wildfires continue to rage on, countless more animals will surely be in need of rescue and these groups intend to save as many animals as they can. In order to care for them, immediate donations are needed to help with the expenses, no amount is too little.
