The Clean Water Act was a turning point for the environment in the United States, and it has been used by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for decades to protect our right to clean water.
The Clean Water act is essential to protecting our rivers, lakes, and streams for humans, animals, and the environment. If there were no Clean Water act, it would be easy for water treatment plants and other places to dump wastewater without punishment.
It seems that justices are concerned about the potential government overreach of protecting our water but not when it comes to reproductive freedom and abortion rights. It just doesn’t add up!
