She enjoys coming up with new plant based dishes, taking pictures of those dishes to put up on Instagram with a great filter and some pertinent hashtags and then eating those dishes. Couples on their wedding day often want to share it with the most important people in their lives. For a few animal lovers, this includes their beloved pets. For so many of us, our pets are an integral part of our family and to not include them would feel like we’d left a VIP off of the seating chart. They saw you through the proposal, the engagement party, the flower selections, D.J. vs. band argument, cake tastings and cold feet. It stands to reason that they should be able to have a special place in the proceedings themselves.
If you think about it, pets make pretty stellar wedding guests. They aren’t going to complain if they’re seated at the table with crazy aunt Hildie or have a bit too much bubbly and try to push their way onto the stage to sing, “Celebrate!” with the band. Their primary interest is hanging out with you, maybe even more so than the Maid of Honor. Fun side note: Can you imagine what your bachelor/bachelorette party would be like if your dog threw it? That might have to be the subject of a post for another time…
