1. Collarbones (clavicles)

2. Below your ear/jaw

3. Armpits

4. Chest

5. Sternum (in a downward motion)

6. Right below sternum (top of abdomen)

7. Beside your bellybutton

8. Across hip joints

9. Inner legs (adductors)

10. Behind your knees

11. Inner ankles

At these spots, you can either gently rub, tab, or pump the area for the best results. It’s important to massage these spots in order since your lymphatic system only travels in one direction.
