The Spiderman star has lost over 100 pounds since 2020, saying, “I decided to get into this sort of transformation, or this sort of journey, with my health and fitness at the end of 2019. Even when I wasn’t doing anything physical, I found myself getting sleepy at work, and it was because of all the fat food I was eating.”
Jacob Batalon went on to talk about the dietary and fitness changes that he made to get to where he is today. This included working out 6 days a week and starting to eat a plant-based diet after hearing that it could help with weight loss.
He said, “Recently, my girlfriend has actually gotten me into a plant-based diet, as well, and that’s really helped my body, and I can feel the difference between eating a lot of meat and eating plant-based stuff, and that’s really helped me, as well.”
Batalon hopes that his story will help to inspire others who are wanting to improve their health and wellbeing. His story is certainly motivating and shows how beneficial a plant-based diet can be!
