In the video, a young puppy is seen interacting with their foster mom. The video is captioned, “When your foster finds there voice!” The emaciated puppy can be seen playing with her foster human and letting out short excited barks. 

The foster puppy shown in the video was rescued from a neglectful situation. Upon arriving at her foster home, she was scared and withdrawn. The TikTok video shows her beginning to come out of her shell and feel safe and loved. It helps to highlight the importance of foster care for animals waiting for their forever homes. 

Viewers soon fell in love with the puppy. Many urged the foster home to adopt her permanently. Several joked that they would have “foster failed” if the puppy had come to their homes. Currently, the video has over 359,000 likes on TikTok.
