Life was bleak for the Don and Ed, the dairy calves featured in this video, just a few weeks ago. Male cows born into the dairy industry are considered “waste” as they cannot produce milk and most are sent to the veal industry only moments after birth. Thankfully, however, Soledad Goats stepped in just in the nick of time and turned their whole situation upside down!
Now Don and Ed are going to live a full life of bottle feedings, new toys, and canine friends. Best of all is that they are now valued for who they are – rather than what they can give humans. Based on how happy these two look, we’re confident that they will grow up to be big strong cows in no time at all!

I have never in my life eaten veal. Disgusting. Almost all meat free. Yikes. .
High time for stem cell meat and stop killing all animals
